  Extremely disappointed and this is our first month with the company. Apparently our bill was due the 15th of January. Did we receive an invoice? Nope. We received an invoice today, January 22nd, staying they are going to disconnect us on the 25th if our payment isn’t received by then. Our invoice is dated 1/17- two days after our bill was apparently due- again which we never received notice for. So I immediately call in to speak to someone and I get a woman on the phone from the Call Center they apparently have after hours named Kelly and explained the situation to her. She got snotty with me (“well did you pay your bill?” in an accusing tone) instead of actually trying to give me direction. I asked if I could leave a voicemail and she said I had to call back during their business hours and basically that they only answer the phones for people who have emergencies. Great customer service, guys. We have never been late on a bill and I work in Accounts Receivables. I would never treat our customers like this, and we always make sure our customers receive their invoices in a timely manner so they can make payments on time. Especially brand new customers that don’t have any of their account information without their first invoice! My husband immediately paid the bill already, so that’s taken care of. But your customer service skills and billing practices need some sprucing.
