  I ordered the Monogrammed Denim Truckers Hat online on 01/10/2017. I selected and paid for shipping because I live out of state. On 01/21 I received a call that my order was ready for pick up. I informed them that my item was supposed to be shipped. They apologized stating it was their mistake and my order would be sent out Monday, it was a Saturday and the mail had already gone out for the day. On 01/31 I called to inform them I had not received my package that should have gone out on the 23rd. The lady who answered gave the phone to the owner, he told me the company that they order the hats from had sent them colored hats instead of the denim hats so they had to wait for a new shipment before my order could be completed but it was done now and they SHOULD be able to send it out in the next day or so. I went on to tell him my previous conversations with their company and he said "well, I don't know how that is possible, your order was finished a FEW DAYS AGO." I was angry but knew I wouldn't get anywhere with a company that has no problem lying to the customer, so I waited for my package. I received the hat on 02/04 (remember I placed my order on 01/10) but it wasn't even done correctly. The stitching was done in the wrong color!!! In my opinion no one should even take a chance with this company. They are not professional and do not care about their customers!
